Nature adventure!
We found a hidden gem in Montezuma, Costa Rica...it's a river with waterfalls that leads directly into the ocean. It was a beautiful day of adventure, meditation, and yogi play. I couldn't resist the urge to turn upward dog into Aerial, the little mermaid.
